Jeremy Allen
Jeremy Allen is a Principal Consultant with Indufor Asia Pacific (Australia), based in Melbourne. He holds a double Bachelor degree with a Bachelor in Science (Zoology major) and a Bachelor of Forest Science from the University of Melbourne, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Geographic Information Systems from RMIT. He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and Melbourne Business School leadership development programs focusing on improving governance, strategy development, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
In addition, Jeremy has 20 years’ experience in the forest, fire, and emergency management sector in Australia, encompassing senior roles in strategy and policy development, project management and operational delivery. He has worked extensively with the Victorian Public Service, providing strategic advice to manage risk, improving business efficiency through strategy and critical analysis, and leading complex environmental policy and legislative reform programs. Prior to joining Indufor, Jeremy was responsible for leading and planning delivery of a whole-of sector strategic action plan for Victoria’s fire, and emergency management aviation services, working collaboratively with a multi-agency project control board, building effective partnerships and processes to govern delivery of priority actions.
