Consultant, Resource Monitoring
With a solid forestry background, Kevin Tao has a wealth of experience across a range of disciplines including resource inventory, forest modelling and analysis, harvest planning, transportation networks and resource mapping using GIS and remote sensing. He has assisted with a variety of projects throughout Oceania and Asia. During this time he provided instruction in forest inventory and estate modelling technology in China, and country-scale land use change mapping as required for REDD+ and national reporting purposes. Kevin received his Bachelor of Forestry Engineering degree from Canterbury University, New Zealand (2011). He is fluent in Mandarin and English.
