Forests are characteristically long-lived assets, and forming a view of their future is critical. Timberland appraisals and investment analyses address this need, and attention to the assessment of existing tree crops and their estimated future performance is essential for accurate valuations and successful investment outcomes.
EU Taxonomy is a financing tool developed by the EU to reach the objectives of the European Green Deal. In practice, it is a tool to help investors, companies, issuers and project promoters navigate the transition to a low-carbon, resilient and resource-efficient economy.
Green Bonds are debt securities issued by governments, banks, municipalities, or corporations. The proceeds are used to finance or re-finance sustainable, green projects and assets for climate change solutions.
We support investors and managers throughout the investment cycle by advising on forest management, benchmarking and improvement studies and inventory modelling and analysis.
